My favorite food is: My all-time favorite food is stuffed crust pizza. It can have almost any topping, but it must have stuffed crust!

My next dream trip is to: My dream trip would be to tour Italy and end the trip on the Amalfi Coast. It looks absolutely breathtaking.

Recently read book I recommend reading is: I recently read Love Does by Bob Goff and would highly recommend it. It gives you an entirely new outlook on life and what is most important. Plus, Bob is extremely funny so it is a very fun read.

Nickname growing up was: I grew up being called Blayr-Bo by my family and close friends. Later in life, that nickname was shortened to B-Bo by my nephews and it has seemed to stick.

Won’t eat: Pork chops. I have tried numerous times to like them, but they are one of the only foods I can’t get myself to eat.

Movie or bowling? I love both but I have to go with bowling over a movie. Bowling is such a fun activity to do with friends and family, and it allows you to talk with each other while being active.

Start every morning with: I try to start every morning with at least 30 minutes on the treadmill. It gets my blood pumping and my heart/mind ready to take on the day. It is one of my favorite “me time” activities!

Why I joined the PCMA Heartland Chapter: I joined the PCMA Heartland Chapter after hearing from Kerry Kerr how amazing it was. Listening to her talk about all the great people, the fun events, and the opportunities within the chapter made me not want to miss out. Since joining, I have served on committees, attended Convening Leaders, and met some great people. I couldn’t love it more!

Best business tip/idea I’ve learned last year: “With discipline and a positive attitude, you can create the life of your dreams.” – April Zangl, CEO of HydroPeptide

This tip/piece of advice is one I truly believe to be true, and one I think about every day. We get what we put into our careers and having discipline, working hard, and staying positive through all circumstances is the best was to create the career you want and enjoy what you are doing.

What I like best about my job: I absolutely love the people I work with and the opportunity I have each day to serve my fellow employee-owners. In my position, I have the unique opportunity to work with almost every employee-owner. I love being able to find ways to help them get the training they are wanting, answer a multitude of questions for them, and be a person they feel they can reach out to at our corporate office.

Three things you’ll find in my wallet that help to describe me: My coffee punch card, my Nordstrom Club card, and my Colorado drivers license that I can’t seem to part with, even though I haven’t lived there in years.
