The PCMA Convening Leaders Scholarships financially supports up to two (2) meeting professionals or suppliers of the Heartland Chapter to attend PCMA’s Convening Leaders in San Francisco, CA, January 5-8, 2020.

Who is eligible?
Up to two (2) Heartland Chapter Meeting Professional or Supplier members in good standing
(Must be a planner to be considered for the Headquarters Scholarship.)
For those who can commit to attending the entire Convening Leaders
What is included?
(1) Headquarters Scholarship (Value varies)
Registration and up to three (3) nights housing provided by Visit San Francisco
Roundtrip flight from home city provided by PCMA Headquarters
Planners only. All other expenses on own.
(1) Heartland Scholarship ($2,000 value)
Receipts for registration, airfare and/or hotels required for reimbursement
Expenses over $2,000 to be at own expense
Planners and suppliers may apply
When is the deadline?
Applications are due by August 27, 2019.
Winners will be notified by August 30, 2019, and names will be released for post-award publicity.
