The PCMA Heartland Chapter is excited to continue strengthening professional connections through our 2026 Mentorship Program, designed to support students, Next Gen members, and industry professionals at every stage of their careers.
Our program pairs emerging leaders with experienced professionals to build industry knowledge, spark meaningful relationships, and foster growth across our Heartland community.

Requirements
Mentees:
- Must be a PCMA Student or Next Gen member (under age 30)
- Commit to connecting with your mentor at least once per month
- Complete brief check‑ins with the Student + Next Gen Committee
Mentors:
- Maintain at least monthly communication with your mentee
- Complete brief check‑ins with the Student + Next Gen Committee

Mentor–mentee matches will be introduced within 2–3 weeks of application submission. Participants will receive conversation starters, guidance, and optional activities to help kick off a meaningful and productive mentorship experience.
