Give Back with PCMA Heartland – July 22 at Pete’s Garden!

Join the PCMA Heartland Chapter for a meaningful Community Service Project on July 22 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Pete’s Garden, where small acts make a big impact. Pete’s Garden is a nonprofit dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting food insecurity by rescuing high-quality, surplus prepared food and transforming it into nutritious, family-sized meals for those in need.

During this hands-on volunteer experience, you’ll help package meals alongside fellow members—playing a direct role in turning excess food into hope for families across the community. Volunteers are at the heart of the mission, helping turn surplus food into wholesome meals while building connections and supporting a more sustainable food system.  For more information on this amazing organization, please visit www.petesgarden.org
