Tyece was one of our two chapter scholarship recipients. Recipients recieved $500 in reimbursement towards their expenses for E3 conference.
Attending the E3 conference in St. Louis was a fabulous experience for this Kansas City native. The journey began with a fun-filled road trip alongside girlfriends, setting the stage for two days filled with both rekindling old friendships and forging new connections. Strolling through Ballpark Village and Cardinals Nation, I discovered the vibrant heart of downtown St. Louis, a place I hadn’t explored before.
The conference sessions were equally enriching, especially as they delved into the latest advancements in AI and the intricate landscape of data privacy laws. I was particularly struck by the revelation that in three states, it’s unlawful to inquire about dietary preferencesā€”an unexpected insight that prompted me to delve deeper, especially regarding Washington state.
I am deeply grateful to the sponsors, past presidents, and the Heartland Chapter for granting me a scholarship, making my participation in E3 possible this year. Their support ensured I could immerse myself fully in this wonderful experience.
Overall, E3 in St. Louis was not just a conference but a journey of discovery and connection, both professionally and personally.
