The PCMA Heartland Chapter is pleased to recognize those outstanding individuals or organizations that generously contributed their time and efforts to the PCMA Heartland Chapter during 2017.
Nomination deadline is January 5, 2018.
Awards will be presented at the Chapter’s February 8, 2018 Annual Officer Installation and Awards Banquet.
Please provide no more than one nomination per category, per form. An individual may be nominated for multiple awards, but can only be selected to receive one award annually.
Award categories are:
- Distinguished Meeting Professional of the Year
- Distinguished Supplier Partner of the Year
- Emerging Leader of the Year
- Distinguished Member of the Year
